We’ve travel to Tottori, Japan this year and visited some of its famous places of interest. One of them is the Tottori Sand Dunes. Okra Playground at RWMF 2017

We have highlighted two of our favorite performances for the 2017 Rainforest World Music Festival, Ilu Leto and At Adau. Here we want to highlight one more band that caught our attention the most during that festival, the Okra Playground. This band originated from Helsinki, Finland. They call their band an electro-folk band and they play traditional instruments fused with a modern way. Their music is so unique and very melodic.

Toy and Fantasy Museum Penang, Malaysia

We visited Penang a few times but we haven’t explored everything that Penang has to offer. There are so much to explore that one visit will not be enough for everything. We went to many interesting places in Penang but one that really caught our attention was the Toy and Fantasy Museum Penang. Our curiosity triggered and we wonder what they have inside, so we made a firm point that this time, we must go there. We glad we did!

At Adau At Rainforest World Music Festival 2017

In our previous post we highlighted Sarawak’s very own Ilu Leto as one of our favorites in the last RWMF 2017. This time we want to highlight another band from Sarawak, the famous World Music Band, At Adau. They performed in this year’s Rainforest World Music Festival but their music journey started way before that. Like Ilu Leto, all their members are natives of Sarawak, Borneo.
